Our story
Vicens Ash Properties was founded in 1994 by Brian Hobbs — a mentor and visionary who recognised that international buyers needed an honest, professional guide through the Spanish property market. His three daughters — Lucy, Faye and Sarah — grew up in the business and eventually took the reins themselves.
Through two economic slumps including a global recession, the business has remained standing — because the core values never changed. Honest valuations. Transparent fees. Genuine after-sales care. A relationship that doesn’t end at the notary.
Not many estate agents in Jávea have 30 years’ worth of property information and market statistics to advise clients at the level we can. That depth of knowledge — combined with our independence and our multilingual team — is what makes us different.
